Shipping costs

The shipping costs cover the actual postage & packing. The postage & packing fee is only charged once per order, even if the order is delivered in several shipments for technical reasons.

The freight is calculated according to weight, volume and type of goods. Projection films, floor covering and fabric are always packed and delivered separately (also for EU countries and Switzerland).

Example: Order:

- 2lfm projection foil+'
- 6 running meters stage molleton
--> results in freight costs to Germany in the amount of 22,65€ (2 packages!!)

Deliveries up to 30 kilos are sent by parcel service. Beyond this weight, delivery is made by freight forwarding. This can lead to other freight costs.

e.g. floor covering Rabus, stage molton more than 30 meters in one piece, decomolton more than 60 running meters in one piece.

Notice for swiss customers

We ship to Switzerland duty unpaid (customs duty does not apply, EU origin goods) and untaxed (sales tax is to be paid locally). In the shipping costs the customs fee is already included!

For customers in Switzerland, meineinkauf.ch offers an interesting shipping alternative, which allows the cheap and customs compliant delivery directly to you in Switzerland. Your package can be delivered free of charge to a German address from 60€.
